Dr. Laboso and she has given me permission in writing that I move her amendments because she is not in the House. I have dropped my amendment and propose that we adopt the amendment as proposed by hon. Dr. Laboso and what we seek to do is to ensure that when acts of trafficking are done against children then the punishment should be life sentence and no other sentence. view
