• 14 May 2008 in National Assembly: Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, this is a timely Motion. I wish to thank Mr. C. Kilonzo for bringing it. If he did not bring it, I would have done that. If this law is passed people will have better things to do with their mobile phones rather than writing hate messages, or just making unnecessary calls all the time. I normally get several messages everyday, some of which are not useful and others which are threats. The time I use reading such messages could be used for other useful purposes. Most of the threatening messages are mostly targeted at politicians. ... view
