Can we have elections when there is insecurity in my constituency? I am not able to traverse my constituency. My constituents are not able to get ID cards in the Dadajabula, Biff, Gerille, Burder, et cetera . My people are not able to get ID cards, so how will they be able to vote in the coming elections? Are we able to vote when there is insecurity in Wajir South? view
