I wrote a letter to the Clerk last week telling him that he has distorted and misdirected my Question. My Question should go the way I want it. That letter should be produced by the Clerk now! view

There are quite a number of other IDPs as a result of conflicts between communities, cattle rustling and also due to drought which is common in northern part of this country.
