The cardinal responsibility of any government anywhere in the world is to protect the lives and the property of its citizens. In the case of Mr. Abdi Sugow, within a couple of days, he transformed from a very rich man and became a destitute in his own country. It is the laziness and lack of desire by police officers to pursue them aggressively. Since this matter happened in September, what timelines do they have - given that those are animals can easily be disposed of – to give comfort to the families who lost those animals that you will recover them? view
