  • 16 May 2007 in National Assembly: Very little, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir! I have no time to engage in quarrels with the hon. Member from that side. This is his second time in two days to bring up this issue. In the first place, even the Questioner was not here. We have no proof that he had given permission to Mr. Odoyo to ask the Question! view
  • 15 May 2007 in National Assembly: Mr. Speaker, Sir, the last time I contacted them, it was on telephone. So, they have telephone facilities. But just in case they do not turn up on time, I am ready to give the answer. view

  • 9 May 2007 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, again, it is just the usual Wednesday morning blues. I was sure that the Minister would be here.
