Our Constitution vests the mandate of recruitment of public servants with the PSC. PSC as an independent constitutional commission has got the unfeatured sole responsibility for this recruitment. Recruitment of teachers and management of the Human Resource (HR) affairs of our teachers is the preserve of the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
