  • 1 Dec 2016 in National Assembly: If you look at Clause 6 of the Bill, it seeks to speak to various stakeholders who are supposed to be consulted by the national Government. That is why we ended up including the county government in Clause 6 (a)(1) section 107A. It is just trying to balance out issues so that the county government is involved and not just the national Government. view
