Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. It is the Principal Secretary. Where I have said Permanent Secretary, the HANSARD should strike out Permanent and put in Principal. The CS and PS, Ministry of Education, Science and Technology should be held responsible for the loss of Kshs1.5 billion and for conspiring to defraud a further Kshs1.7 billion of public funds. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have recommended that the KRA must assess the tax obligations of Afrison Imports ...

Education will take up some of the loose ends that we have left open. For example, the Committee on Lands, Environment and Natural Resources should now make sure that the title deeds are issued in favour of the schools if this House confirms the reports and findings of the Committee that, indeed, that was public land. Mr. Deputy Speaker, with those many remarks, I beg to move the Motion. I request one Member of my Committee, the Senator for Narok County and related Maasai territories, Sen. Olekina---
