I thank the distinguished young Senator for Nandi County, a lawyer in his own right, for raising that issue. The Chief Justice is not just a Chief Justice, but he is the President of the Supreme Court. A month ago, we saw the Chief Justice being read the riot act in a public meeting in Bomas of Kenya, and he struggled to defend himself and the institution, and he did it rather clumsily.
