• 11 Mar 2014 in Senate: On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. As we lay that Report to rest, on a situation like this, who is supposed to be responsible for documentation of reports? We do not expect the distinguished Senator for Taita Taveta to be responsible for the numbering, stapling and other issues concerning the Report. We appreciate the considerable frustration that the Senate Majority Leader is going through; whether he is being ignored by his colleagues somewhere or, probably, he is not being consulted. I have been noticing a trend where when we go to these meetings, the National Assembly seems to think that they have greater legitimacy in having greater representation than this House.
