  • 1 Mar 2012 in National Assembly: And I do not have my Assistant Minister either. I am surprised that he is not here. I was even surprised when you called me. Could you perhaps put the Question to the end so that I look for him? view
  • 1 Mar 2012 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the questioner is a close friend of mine. I have been talking to him about this Question. This Question has come to this Floor several times. We have always been ready to answer it but for some reason it has not been answered. I know the answer but I do not have it. He knows that we have discussed it. My Assistant Minister was here but you know we have two Heads of State and I have only one Assistant Minister. He may be busy engaged in something to do with the visits. May I apologize ... view

Mr. Speaker, Sir, taking the queue from the Lessonet amendment and the direction of the Chair, I want to revise the amendment just to seek for a recommendation for the IEBC to consider two additional wards in the new Kabuchai Constituency. I also want to laud the Committee for recommending the creation of an ... view
  • 7 Dec 2011 in National Assembly: On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I totally agree with the position that hon. Imanyara has taken. It is the Government side which would request that we are provided the exclusivity of these discussions taking place in camera. However, the Government does not intend to have that being discussed in camera for the simple reason that we are just informing the Kenyan public that it is a request which has been tabled even at the United Nations (UN) so that we can make a request and move on with it. view
