None of them had expressed that they would not come to this session this morning. However, it is not in order to receive a communication from the Cabinet Secretary when the session is on. Therefore, Senators, we cannot be lamenting day-in, day-out. I would like to have a bipartisan approach to this issue. So that both sides can invoke Standing Order No.51D, which says that: view
