Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have never made such a ruling when I am presiding over this House. Unless Sen. Beatrice Ogola can bring HANSRAD indicating that I did that, if not then she should be out of order. My other point of order is that we know that marriages are made in heaven. I have heard you quote that in several weddings in Homa Bay County. What happened that now weddings are not working for deputies and their governors here on earth?
