being raised all the time by the county assemblies and the counties themselves, so that those county governments can work. Even before impeachments are brought to the Senate, I wish to encourage the Standing Committee on Devolution and Intergovernmental Relations to ensure that they are proactive and they get issues even before they are brought to the Senate. They will visit the counties and come up with a report that we can discuss even before these issues are brought on this Floor. I wish all of us are very successful Third Session of the Senate. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to make my comment on the statements. I want to touch on the Statement on youth and sports, which was presented by Sen. Orwoba. I remember that this Kenya Kwanza Government when the Ministry of Youths Affairs, Sports and Arts was set up, the Cabinet Secretary introduced a policy that they would support tournaments right from the ward to the national level so that they could tap the talent from our youth.
