Sen. Cherarkey is your Vice Chair. When you were describing him, you said he does not chair a committee. I am, therefore, wondering if at any time you have thought, even remotely, that Sen. Cherarkey can chair your committee when you are not around.

As you have heard, there is the perception by the community that once there is oil, which is exported somewhere for market, then there is some revenue. It is important that you work together with this team in order to make their lives easier. Sen. Lomenen and the Turkana leadership know how to do it better. I am just advising as the Chair of the Session and not as an Elder of the Njuri Ncheke.
