Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I think it is a useful addition because we do not want those governors coming in via a situation where there is no preparatory issues. So, I think it is a useful addition to this and I would like to propose that we add that.

Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, if you look at it, although the technical committee is going to prepare that, there is no harm in this technical committee consulting with the county secretaries so that, as they prepare the agenda for the summit, they will have had an opportunity to consult with the technical arm of the county government.
