  • 26 Oct 2011 in National Assembly: Mr. Speaker, Sir, the WB conducted a normal supervision mission on the project in June and July, 2011. The WB issued a draft report which revealed weaknesses in the financial management and arrangements for the project. The report is subject to change after quality assurance reviews and validation. The preliminary findings indicated weaknesses in the internal control procedures at the Project Management Unit (PMU) within the Office of the Prime Minister.
