We keep on talking everyday but when you go to the ground to see if any action has been taken, you will find that there is very little to show. I am requesting my colleague and friend, Sen. Haji, to discuss with the Cabinet Secretary the possibility of using retired army, police and other armed personnel especially the ones who were honourably discharged. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the SRC has been heard in the past to say things that they did not finally execute. Without implying improper motives on their part, I do not know whether their commitment today amounted to a commitment to the Senate.
