He has said that no student will be denied registration, including those who had not paid school fees up to 1st May. Could he guarantee the House that he will issue a circular to this effect to all those schools which are affected? view

Parents have not been able to raise the examination fees as required. Notwithstanding the deadline of 31st May, now the parents will have an extra burden of paying the penalty. What plans does the Ministry have in place to assist these parents who are unable to raise the examination fees? view
