(Prof.) Kamar, for this momentous election as a Deputy Speaker of this House. I will not repeat what other Members have said, but it is an opportunity for you and the Speaker to get the bearings of this Senate back to where it was. Murkomen, he read the Constitution and left out some sections which he should have read so that he can educate us as to what he means in terms of fair administrative action. For the record, Article 47 (3) which Sen. Murkomen, obviously, did not want to read states as follows for the avoidance of doubt: view
