  • 25 Sep 2019 in Senate: Secondly, I am happy to inform the Senate today that the National Assembly agreed with our proposal which ended up being Section 11(1) (2) which has led to transfer of a total of Kshs55.071 billion to counties for the period July, August and September within seven days of the approval of this Cash Disbursement Schedule. This is an unusual place which we have made contrary to what is the usual practice of sending money on monthly basis. view
