Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, you have reduced mine. I will do so in one minute. In my view, other than the function of health, this function is one of those things that this Senate must leave a mark in history that we have supported. I am a little disappointed with us. Mr. Speaker, Sir, even the Members who are struggling cannot hear the Chairman well. I am proposing that first he increases the decibel and secondly, for posterity, is it possible that the Committee circulates the Report so that Members can follow? It is the last one, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. A variation of Kshs9.4 billion is in respect of 21 hospitals that 47 counties are bearing the brunt of that variation. So, the National Treasury must come here, together with those variations, so that we can interrogate this matter in detail. However, I want to say that Sen. Kipchumba Murkomen, the Majority Leader conducted this meeting the way we expect a majority leader to do. Thank you.
