• 4 Jul 2018 in Senate: On the matter of roads – my Chairman of the Standing Committee on Finance and Budget is seated here – we had a challenge with this current budget because the counties were supposed to receive up to Kshs9 billion for county roads, which is equivalent to 20 per cent of the amount that they are supposed to be given. Similarly, there is a special police force that protects diplomats. I am proposing that every police station in Kenya sets up a special desk to deal with matters of defilement of children.
