This clause seeks to establish the Office of the National Director of Physical Planning and National Director of Physical Planning to advice the Cabinet Secretary. The same will interfere with the work of the National Land Commission. It is absolutely not necessary. That is the reason why the law has suggested to amend the existing practice which seeks to leave this work at the national yet it has been devolved and it is the work of the National Land Commission. view
