Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, the reason I have proposed to delete sections 33 to 47 is because this is a duplication of the County Governments Act. Therefore, any further work on development plans should actually have regulations in the County Governments Act as opposed to the Physical Land Use Planning Act which ideally should just provide the framework view
