Mr. Speaker, Sir, I agree with Sen. Khaniri. We have said too much about this, formed too many committees and passed many pieces of legislation with no action. It is unfortunate. I hope that someday, we can make sure that the tea farmer in Kenya can make money out of the tea that is growing all over the country. There are investors from all over the world who are prepared to come to the country because of the tea that we farm.

Even the people who speak English, do not speak it well. It is even worse when we discriminate a young person based on language. On the matter of young people, whether we call them--- Sen. Murkomen and Sen. Cheruiyot are good people to address because they are also propagating discriminatory tendencies. It is the same principle whether you are denying somebody a job because they come from the Coast or you tell a young man that they are poor because somebody else is rich and has taken money from them. I happened to go to the British Library and found collections of writings of Isaac Newton in his lucid moments. He had crazy moments and wrote even love poems and other things. One will also find the oldest Bible in the same Library. If the Kenya Government was to request Kenyans to produce things they used in the past, including writings and things that were used by the Mau Mau, we would store them somewhere, for purposes of cultural activities or even tourist attraction. I had a very useful chief who died recently at 107 years. The gentleman in his work had the map of Kenya and boundaries of Kenya before Independence.
