Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to give this House and the country my personal undertaking that I am going to do something about the traffic congestion. I am going to do so in broad daylight. Some of the plans I am going to undertake will require large infrastructure investments. I am, therefore, going to require the support of this House. Mr. Speaker, Sir, with your kind permission, I believe that is another Question. Although I am willing to answer it, I ought to be given sufficient time to find out from the Ministry of Transport to whom these tenders were given and the process that has been undertaken. However, I can assure the august House that the little that we have, in terms of money, will be used to clear up the mess in the City of Nairobi.
