As you know, my Ministry has suffered dramatically for having a dysfunctional Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs. All the Members of the Constitutional Implementation Oversight Committee (CIOC) without exception deserve to be regarded as heroes of reform for this country for the role that they have played.
