• 31 May 2011 in National Assembly: Mr. Chairman, Sir, my position still remains the same. The only amendment I would propose to the Bill would be that the staggering be reduced to three months. If you staggered it by three months, so that they take office with a difference of either two months or three months, then I would be happy. view
