I want to reiterate that Mr. Orengo is right. Of course, you could still make it better by saying that the other uniformed services would be subject, as Parliament may decide from time to time. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am actually working on that Ministerial Statement. I have received preliminary responses to questions I have asked. Some of them are not completely satisfactory. Therefore, I want to beg the indulgence of the House to issue the Ministerial Statement on Wednesday, next week, when I will have a comprehensive answer to the issue raised.
