  • 6 Dec 2006 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, if you look at Clause 43(a)(b)(c) and (d), you will see that if we accept this amendment it will negate the spirit of (a)(b)(c) and (d), and will water down the clause. I do not think that what the amendments wants is implementable anywhere in the world. It is fake and cannot be enforced. view
