I want to urge the proposed Members of the Committee that they should not go out there to investigate the youth, but to understand them. If they go there to investigate, they shall just be duplicating what the police has been doing without understanding the youth. I want to support the Motion of Adjournment though I would like to ask this House that, as we adjourn, we should think about the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) who are suffering. In my area, the rains are now falling and the tents in which most of the IDPs are living in are no longer homes. They are in a pathetic shape.
