Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 47 of the Bill be amended in Subclause(1)- (a) by deleting the word "Act" wherever it appears and substituting therefor the word "law"; (b) in paragraph (d) by deleting the words "Part VII" and substituting therefor the words "Part VI"; (c) in paragraph (m) by deleting the words "Employment Act" and substituting therefor the words "law relating to employment".

Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 50 of the Bill be amended by inserting the words "and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both" immediately after the word "offence" appearing at the end thereof.
