Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 3 of the Bill be amended - (f) in the definition of the term "employment record" - (i) by deleting the word "the" appearing in the second line and substituting therefor the word "an"; (ii) by deleting the words "under Part IX of the Employment Act";

Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, what my friend, Dr. Manduku, is suggesting has not been fully understood by me. I think it would be proper for him to repeat a few things, because what he was saying was not very--- We could not hear it through the public address system very well.
