  • 14 Jun 2006 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, first of all, Prof. Anyang'-Nyong'o has been a Minister for Planning and National Development. This June 14, 2006 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 1326 Government is able and it is serving Kenyans without discrimination. Once the designs are ready, we will mobilise resources from all the available sources. However, the former Minister for Planning and National Development did not plan well. view
