I had indicated that the contents in his Bill are all covered in a draft Bill that my Ministry has worked on for so long. I met leaders in Trans Nzoia over the âYESâcampaigns. The hon. Member must have seen the clip and thought that I was there on Tuesday. I was saying that I am not very happy with the information I got from the ground. The document I am carrying suggests that Mr. Peter Gicheha was one of the nine people-- - Eight people were sent away.
