Chairlady, I beg to move: That, Clause 2 of the Bill be amended in the new sub-clause (3A)- (a) by deleting the word “thirty” appearing immediately after the words “speed exceeding” and substituting therefor the word “fifty”; (b) in paragraph (d) by inserting the following words “as may be designated as a pedestrian crossing by the highway authority” immediately after the words “from school”; and (c) by deleting paragraphs (b), (c) and (e).
