Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to move that the Motion be amended as follows:- By deleting the full stop at the end and inserting the following words:- “subject to inclusion of the recommendation that Kingwede and Shirazi Sublocation of Kwale County that are proposed in volume 2 of the IEBC Revised Preliminary Report page 3 to comprise Msambweni Constituency be transferred to the proposed Lunga Lunga Constituency to be under Kikoneni-Pongwe Ward ” Mr. Speaker, Sir, I believe life would be easy if we followed traditions and culture. I want Mr. Mwaita to second.

Thank you, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker. Could the Assistant Minister also confirm whether the people to be paid will include the village elders, who accompanied the enumerators during this exercise?

Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, is the Ministry of Roads allowing Kenya Power and Lighting Company to instal their power lines along road reserves? You are telling us that the project will delay because Kenya Power and Lighting Company will have to relocate their power lines.
