  • 6 Jun 2006 in National Assembly: Mr. Speaker, Sir, classification of roads makes it easier for the Government to maintain them depending on their categories. What clear policy does the Government have to re- classify roads that were classified many years ago, so that they can attract funding from the Central Government? view
  • 6 Jun 2006 in National Assembly: On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I served on a number of Committees last Session and there was a contradiction or controversy regarding the inclusion of my name in the Administration of Justice and Legal Affairs Committee. That was brought before the House and it was not resolved. view
  • 31 May 2006 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I want to support the sentiments. Could I be heard? As I support this amendment to the amendment, we need to be more cautious on what Ms. Karua did. I thought if we were to be in parity, we would have also given a higher ceiling to magistrates to act if that was the reasoning. view
  • 31 May 2006 in National Assembly: Mr. Chairman, Sir, I beg to support this amendment. view
  • 3 May 2006 in National Assembly: Mr. Speaker, Sir, in part "c" of the Question, none of the old CEOs has actually been replaced as per the law. This Government has replaced only those CEOs it was in a 888 view
  • 3 May 2006 in National Assembly: Mr. Speaker, Sir, I raised a pertinent question, that none of all those CEOs whose terms of office have expired has been replaced as per the law. My question is why they were not replaced according to the law. view
  • 3 May 2006 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Kenyan youth are being disenfranchised to exercise their human and constitutional rights to vote. In 1970, we got our ID cards in school. That is more than 25 years ago. Could the Minister, who is my good neighbour, consider investing on instantaneous issuance of ID cards as it was done in 1978? view
