Mr. Speaker, Sir, thank you for giving me the opportunity to also contribute briefly on three very critical issues that I hold dearly. I will first start with Sen. Mumma o the issue of our football. Hon. Osotsi has clearly put it out. However, my interpretation is that the problem with our football is not that we have people who never played football engaging in it. The problem with our football is simply money. The football management and people running our football are corrupt. Betting has joined the cartel. We are now punishing our young men and women. I hope ...

supposed to have a forensic office and forensic officers who are supposed to make these investigations successful. Someone talked about the CCTVs, my Secretary General, hon. Sifuna. I can tell him today those CCTVs are not working.

Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for giving me the opportunity. Cabinet Secretary Migos Ogamba happens to be a good friend of mine. I want to congratulate him and wish him the best. I believe he is up to the task of the responsibility that the Government has given. Cabinet Secretary, you said the number of students is 4.2 million and that there was a physical census.

Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I will ask him a question about foreign travel. You explained that the circular issued had something to do with essential travel and the number of people who are supposed to be travelling. I did not hear you mention the number. In other words, the feeling and the observation I have made is that when Government officers are travelling, even when you have reduced the number of the individuals travelling, you do not particularly discuss the number that, for example, a Principal Secretary or a director could travel. Indeed, in your office, I know you ...

Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The matter that I would like to raise pertains to the numbers of the teachers that he has stated in terms of qualifications and their allocations. One of the most controversial issues which I bring to his attention because he has just come in, is the fact that if you look at all our 47 counties, we do not have any list or data which can explain the total number of teachers that have been employed in every county, yet one of the responsibilities of this House is to protect the counties. Would it be ...

Between the time when the Deputy President was a Member of Parliament (MP) and the time when he became the Deputy President, were you able to see whether there was a deliberate variation in the amounts of money that he was handling? Did you see whether the money that he was handling as an MP, for example, changed then to the money that you brought in, where you are saying that there is some money laundering taking place? Are you able to show that distinction in order for you to make your case? The second question is on the same ...

Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I have a question for Mr. Abdi. In your observation – maybe in just a paragraph – what do you interpret happened about this tender from its inception in terms of the procurement, the management of the exercise and the conclusion? As an officer whose responsibility is to actually investigate if the law was broken and make recommendations to the DPP if necessary, what conclusion did you reach when you are analyzing this matter? Thank you.
