Could the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs inform us when this officer will be posted back because we are experiencing a lot of problems travelling to Homa Bay, thus incurring a lot of expenditure in transport? view

Actually, there is no money and you have heard His Excellency the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs saying that money meant for Rachuonyo was diverted to somewhere else.   • 16 Nov 2006 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am very much concerned with the Assistant Minister's answer that the reply to this kind of Question will always be the same. If there are so many Questions regarding education, that can tell you that there is a problem in the education sector. Therefore, the answer should not be the same. Could the Assistant Minister inform the House that the answer should not be the same as there is a problem in the education sector? The fact that there are so many Questions should make him think of a different answer. view
