Kenya Planters Co-operative Union (KPCU) does not owe Kshs641 million accruing from the sale of coffee supplied by Central Province farmers in 2002. The amount was held by a consortium of banks from the then marketer, the Coffee Board of Kenya. The Ministry is following up the matter with the Treasury to find ways of paying the farmers' arrears. view
