In the case of ambassadorial appointments and PS appointments, that is when they are sent individually to the line departmental committees. When it comes to a particular body, you treat the names as one because the communiqué comes from the President. I am aware of the Standing Orders and I actually gave the preamble. I said that the amendment has to be through the Chair of the Committee. view
