The Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade has not followed the Standing Orders of this House; it has not come with a report in accordance with Standing Order No.245. These issues are grave to Kenyans. People are bleeding, our constituents are not making their ends meet and when you affect their purchasing power you are, indeed, infringing on their rights. Their fundamental rights and socio-economic rights as enshrined in the Article 42 of the Constitution. view
