  • 23 Aug 2012 in National Assembly: Mr. Speaker, Sir, I answered that question last week. What remained unanswered is the issue that was raised by hon. Mbadi, which I have explained. However, I will repeat the answer. There is very little the Ministry can do about that case because the gentleman knew very well about the changes of his grade. The school was informed that, that was not his grade. The results were withdrawn and they were later given the correct results. I think the gentleman was informed about this. I suggested to the Member that the best thing this young man could do is to ... view
