  • 6 Jun 2012 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is not done properly. We use documents to secure title deeds. The documents must come from the communities, that is the owners of the school. They should take the documents to the Ministry. In case the Ministry of Lands has any doubt, then the Minister for Lands can consult us. We could consult with them. view

The DEO assigns the Quality Assurance and Standards team to conduct an assessment of the institution and provide a report confirming that its criteria for registration and the report cover aspects like the size and documentary evidence of ownership of land, availability of adequate facilities such ... view
  • 31 May 2012 in National Assembly: Mr. Speaker, Sir, well, I shall remind the DEOs that they should help in facilitating that. Otherwise, it causes no harm even if the DEO approaches the public health team in the district. After all, they are in the same district. view
  • 31 May 2012 in National Assembly: Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have said that there is no delay. However, the devolution process is just on. We will see what comes out of it. We are coming up with a new education policy and some of these things will be covered. view
