Hon. Deputy Speaker, I wanted to raise a point of order but since I was given the chance to do so then, I will now contribute to the Motion. This is a good Motion but the question that we have is that the Departmental Committee responsible for transport has not dispensed the issue. My colleagues have been talking of accidents occurring in this country. A city like Wang Zhou has 3.5 million vehicles. I was there for about two weeks but I did not witness any accident. Hon. Deputy Speaker, is it in order for him to tell us that this matter affects the whole of Nairobi without telling us which other parts of Nairobi have been affected? I want to support my colleague in what he was saying. It is only in my constituency where an acre of land goes for Kshs500 million. There are people in the Government who are taking people’s land. Could he tell us whether he is able to compile a list of those guys, so that we can know who they are?
