When I heard the Leader of the Majority Party as well as my neighbour here, Maj- Gen. Nkaissery talking about the conflict in the Constitution; Articles 245 and 246, I was amazed. There is no overlap of the Constitution. The same question was asked to Mr. ole Lenku and he confirmed – I believe he did not even go through the Constitution – that he read and understood what the Constitution was talking about.
