(Prof.) Kindiki for having been elected the Deputy Speaker of this House. I want to congratulate the Membership of this House for having fought very hard to be elected to this Senate. I support this Motion because counties cannot work without funds. While I support this Motion, I come from a county in central Kenya that has been marginalised for a long time.
