Mr. Speaker, Sir, this Statement was taken to the Committee on Energy. I have an approval from the Speaker that it should go there for it is supposed to be dealt with by that Committee. In the last parliamentary term, it was being handled by the same Committee.

Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Allow me to congratulate you for having been elected Speaker of the Senate. Let me also congratulate Sen. (Prof.) Kindiki for having been elected the Deputy Speaker of this House. I want to congratulate the Membership of this House for having fought very hard to be elected to this Senate.
